In this Podcast I will share some insights I have gained from experiencing the gut wrenching feeling from loosing my mother at a young age and being given this amazing opportunity to work with young kids and adults. Before my mom died she set us up for success, I have held onto that same process that helps me today to coach kids soccer.

My goal is to get every coach or parent to think about how to help the kids to perform even when they are not there to see it happen. It all starts with maximizing the use of our time that we have to impact the kids mind Now.

Setting the kids up for success to perform on the soccer field goes beyond telling them good job, it means you will need to be vulnerable when YOU make a mistake during the teaching process.
