At a young age, Shelly faced the heartbreaking loss of her sister Angel in a tragic car accident. This deep pain, fueled by anger, led her into years of darkness, regret, and a dangerous belief that she was beyond saving.

But God met Shelly right in her darkest moment—on a bathroom floor—and broke the chains of shame that had consumed her. That day, Shelly surrendered her life to Jesus and stepped into her true identity as a child of God. Inspired by the story of the woman at the well in John 4, Shelly reminds us that “change begins when you give your shame a place to go—nailing it to the cross—and embrace the love of Jesus.”
