Michael has served as a leader for 17 years across two international corporations within the aviation industry. For 5 years, he was also a Member of the Executive Management team. During his years in the corporate world, he gained invaluable firsthand knowledge of the challenges that come with steering and working in large organizations. In 2007, Michael founded his own coaching company, driven by a passion for supporting individuals and teams towards their “next level” and at the same time making the world a better place. Michael integrates a holistic approach into his coaching practice, acknowledging the interconnectedness of personal and organizational growth with societal impact. Whether working with C-suite leaders, teams, startups, or emerging talents, he always invites them to a dialogue about how “working together” will contribute positively to the greater community. Michael is Danish born and raised in the very northern part of Denmark. He has lived and worked in many places around the world; Scandinavia, Europe, Greenland, the US, Japan, and the Middle East.
