In this episode, I am going to share my raw, vulnerable, and unfiltered "Letter to Alcohol," which I wrote toward the start of my journey to sobriety.

If you desire to stop drinking, it's important to take an honest look at your relationship with alcohol and see how it's affecting you and how it could be keeping you from the joy, happiness, connections, and wealth you desire.

This helps you to conceptualize your relationship with alcohol and write as if you are writing a letter to a toxic best friend. This friend you know is not good for you. However, you've stayed in that relationship because the benefits seemed so attractive. 

I invite you to use my letter to reflect and gain awareness of how alcohol impacts your life, take time to reflect on how it could be standing in the way of your best life, and gain clarity on how to move forward.
