In this episode, I chat with Melbournian Innovator and Foodpreneur, Ngoc Le. Ngoc has been involved with the Dessert Parlour since 2012, created Melbourne's Donut and Beer Festival in 2017, and is involved in a few other F&B brands including Go Pho Yourself, Soju Sisters and Melange. 

Ngoc shares about the origins of her F&B journey, how she leverages social media to create buzz and grow her businesses, how she is innovating during COVID19, and her list of go-to creativity apps (see below). We also exchange views on how social media has levelled the (marketing) playing field for businesses, dealing with customers' shorter attention spans, and the importance of being adaptable.
