Introducing Jean Sum, a Transformational Life Coach, Maven of Change, Speaker, Facilitator, Dancer and a Lover of Life.

This is Episode 1 of a brand new series I am calling "100 Leaders". Jean and I discuss a range of topics including success, cross-cultural communication, feminine leadership and something Jean calls "home-play".

Jean supports her clients transform through major life and career changes. She is the Creatrix of Asian Women Rising, a monthly online circle for Asian Women to be seen, heard and felt. Recently celebrated as YWCA Australia's Feminist of the Month, Jean serves her community with love, courage and presence. With tertiary qualifications in Actuarial Studies and Commerce, Jean has led an unconventional career from banks to international development to university and family violence, peppered with two self-funded sabbaticals to pursue her love of tango in Argentina and her Life Design Project in Melbourne! She is a Beautiful You Life Coach (Finalist, Trainee Coach of the Year) and a Biodanza Facilitator in training.
