Episode 4 - Special Guest: Jason Gordon (Handspring, Microsoft, Motorola, HTC)

Welcome to Episode 4 of 0G, A History of Forgotten Phones! On this episode, we have a special guest, Jason Gordon, who worked at Handspring, Microsoft, Motorola and HTC and was on the front lines as smartphones went from barely usable to indispensable. We chat with Jason about what goes into phone development and launches, including the history of devices at Handspring, Windows Mobile, Mobius, the Motorola Q, the Motorola MPX, the HTC G1, the HTC Diamond, the HTC Incredible and the HTC Thunderbolt.

0G is hosted by two people who were there: Christie Pitts (now at Backstage Capital), who started her career selling phones at a Verizon, and Peter Rojas (now at Betaworks Ventures), founder of Gizmodo, Engadget, and gdgt.

Want to contact us? Christie is @imchristiepitts, Peter is @peterrojas, and Jason is @jasongordonhk on Twitter. We'd love to hear your thoughts on the show.
