Episode 04「是否該接受心理治療？讓有憂鬱疑慮的你想出自己的選擇」要討論的是，你到底該不該去看精神科醫生或是接受心理諮商的治療？
 
我會用我選擇投醫的心路歷程，供各位有疑慮的人參考。  我知道臺灣醫療分精神科醫師和心理諮商師，最大的差別就是精神科醫師可以開藥，諮商師不能，但是這集內容我都會稱精神科醫生為心理醫生，因為我覺得「精神科」三個字，大部分的人聽到還是會感到有點恐懼，這集的目的是要讓有疑慮的人想清楚自己該不該接受治療，所以我就不在字詞上做琢磨。
