甜點師的流浪指南 EP27 【閒聊】關於時裝設計師跟甜點師的一些想像

Hi 大家前段跟大家聊聊這幾天參加墨爾本的設計週Melbourne design week 看到的有趣展覽還有在參觀日本1950年代家具展的同時發現神之美味小笠原味淋跟金色芝麻麻油後面是關於這陣子看了很多YT頻道「Threducation」上面介紹各個時裝品牌還有設計師的故事讓我聯想到甜點師的養成有很多相似的地方然後看到設計師在創作不同collection的時候大量探索衣服材料質地跟pattern cutting 就很像創作甜點，只是大部分的甜點師不用像Dior設計師一年創作32個collection 但我覺得甜點在創造風味跟質地的方面應該還有很多值得發展的地方吧想聊聊的話歡迎DM我的ig wallace_dolci
