斯福外星電台是什麼？ 是「斯福」地區的外星人電台？
還是電台設在外星？
OK，斯福，是位於太陽系地球臺灣島臺北盆地裡的兩個
小小行政區：斯文里和福佳里——它們分別位於一條叫
做基隆的河的南北岸。
所以，斯福外星電台–SIFU Alien Radio，其實是耳朵星系的星際外派員們，在這兩區域附近，進行聆聽的探索和採集，並定期發射回報給母星系的一個外送⋯⋯，呃，播送台。

SIFU Alien Radio is a work in progress by Atelier Hui-Kan 回看工作室, part of the public art project 家的形狀－The Shape of Home.
Most of our content is related to two areas in Taipei city, Siwenli and Fujiali, and the interviews with the inhabitants, neighbours and visitors are mostly in Mandarin or in Taiwanese. But we are regularly proposing some field recordings from these places, some in-site improvisation with local musicians and also some works by other sound wanderers in Asian cities.

一個五月天晴的週六上午，住在舊士林周邊街區，大約十一歲的九位女孩，聚集在華聲公園裡，以認識和採訪「耳朵星系外派員」的任務為由，進行了幾個經由耳朵星人認證的登入練習：
1. 假如沒有眼睛：在公園和巷弄矇眼移動
2. 靜默行走：從公園到市場口的聲音清單
3. 聲音如果有樣子：市場裡的聆聽地圖
各位在這裏會聽到的，是她們在第一個和第二個練習後的個別分享。
而第二個段落(聲音清單），是女孩們嘗試以最安靜的方式，一起從公園口，途經美崙街，走到市場口。她們在這短短三百公尺的靜默慢行過程中，一邊試著記下所有陸續聽到的音源和種類。而這一段的錄音，是由其中兩位女孩所錄製的。
