那珂川市の中原というところに空海の伝説を伝える大徳寺があります。
空海は遣唐使として中国に渡った人で知られていますが、帰国後大宰府の観世音寺におよそ２年間程住んでいました。
この間、中原の大徳寺も訪ねてきています。
その際、空海はこの寺に残していったものが今もあります。
その大徳寺を歩きます。
