从2023年初，一直到2023年末的白纸一周年，一年之间，东京的线下社群已经萎缩了很多。一粒麦在白纸一周年之际，先后策划了三场在东京街头的公开活动，但到场者，寥寥无几……

如何维系社群和经营社群，怎样让社群成员感受到意义感，让社群内部产生凝聚力，让社群外围感受到影响力，一粒麦的社群组织尝试，还在继续着。
