消失一陣子！給自己空間沈澱一下！前陣子滿月還有日蝕solar eclipse 好多能量的轉移，很多情緒，很多以前的傷口再次出現，我花了一點時間去感受這一切！對於社交媒體平台⋯讓我意識到很消耗我的能量，一直滑手機很不健康！ 所以放過自己，忠於自己，脫離了一下！這集podcast 真的沒什麼重點，但就是想說說說話，有懂得人懂，不懂也沒關係！我們都在走著自己未知的人生旅程，能感受到這些情緒起伏真的很美好～這代表我活著，我在體驗好與壞一切的一切，享受所有吧！ 人生很快就會來到重點的 life is just an experience,embrace it ! 共勉之
