EP27 - Teacher Time Management Strategies (I)-- 3 Must-Have Mindsets For Effective Work At School
Teachers, do you want to be more efficient at work? Has anyone else suggested, "You should improve your time management"? More importantly, how do we start controlling our time better?
In this episode, I'll share with you 3 must-have mindsets which are prerequisites for effective time usage at work in schools. Build the foundation of successful time management by:
1. Circle of Influence ("How much time is within your control") rather than the Circle of Concern;
2. Learn to distinguish the difference between "important" and "urgent", and prioritize according to the task's importance and urgency;
3. Realize that system brings a sense of stability and free up your mental capacity to handle crises (I know, as young teachers working in classrooms and the frontline of education, we face a looooooooot of these)
