失眠的時候,越要自己放鬆越困難
因為頭腦的聲音已經太大聲
超過你對身體的感覺
身體掃練習讓我們專注在身體的感覺
有些身體感覺是非常細微的
從這些細微的感受,讓自己的注意力從頭腦的喧鬧轉至身體內在裡。

這個練習是從躺姿開始
可以在睡前進行
也可以當瑜珈大休息式前的準備。
