腹式(橫隔膜)呼吸練習

#腹式呼吸是什麼?
我們都知道要放鬆要練習腹式呼吸,但到底腹式呼吸是什麼呢?#其實呼吸是到不了腹部的,呼吸到肺部,肺部擴張時,會下推肺部底下的橫隔膜,橫隔膜下推到腹腔的消化系統,而讓整個腹腔膨脹,這個過程,我們稱之為腹式呼吸。

練習深度的腹式呼吸,流程
1.手放在肋骨,呼吸感覺肋骨被推開
2.感覺肋骨間的肺部膨脹
3.橫隔膜推開
4.手移動到腹部,感覺腹腔膨脹

當橫隔膜下推至腹腔時,在腹腔內的消化系統會被按摩,當消化系統放鬆時,也會影響我們的神經系統放鬆,讓整個人能夠放鬆下來。

並且利用解剖圖觀想體內橫隔膜的升降,在腹式呼吸的過程中身體取得深度的連結。
