焦慮放下呼吸法
焦慮放下呼吸法
1.坐在舒服的位子,盤坐或是在椅子上都可以。
2.右手放在腹部、左手放在膝蓋上。
3.注意力放在腹部,吸氣的時候讓氣從鼻腔來到肚子,開始加深加長呼吸。
4.左手大拇指接觸食指,一個深長的呼吸。
5.左手大拇指接觸中指,一個深長的呼吸。
6.左手大拇指接觸無名指,一個深長的呼吸。
6.左手大拇指接觸小拇指,一個深長的呼吸。
7.輪流做,維持一分鐘的時間,如果頭腦想到別的事情,把注意力放回呼吸上。
