Q:膳食纖維是什麼,哪些天然食物裡含有膳食纖維呢?
A:膳食纖維可依照纖維是否能溶於水中,分為水溶性纖維與非水溶性纖維兩大類。水溶性纖維包括果膠(Pectin)、洋車前子(Psyllium)和β-葡聚醣(Beta-glucan),常見食物包含各種水果、全穀類、豆類、黏滑食物(秋葵、蒟蒻、木耳)等。非水溶性纖維包括木質素(Lignin)和纖維素(Cellulose)等,常見食物則有.....
