Q:一整天都注視著電腦、手機的你,疲勞時是否會覺得眼睛酸澀、甚至眼球脹痛疼痛,視力不清;怎麼分辨究竟是眼壓高或青光眼呢?

A:眼壓高是青光眼的其中一個風險因子。因爲眼壓過高會壓迫和損傷視神經。但亦有其他機轉會讓視神經受損,所以在眼壓正常的情況下,亦可有青光眼,並且不是所有眼壓高都會造成青光眼甚至失明的狀況。單純眼壓高,平時可輕輕按摩以下保健穴道就能有緩解效果,包含:睛明穴、攢竹穴、魚腰穴、太陽穴......
