《讀影》電影刊物成立於2022年7月，旨在推廣閱讀電影的文化。
團隊成員皆啟蒙於中央大學文學院開立之「文學與影像分析」課程。團隊以文學院學生為基礎成員，包含但不僅限於地聚集了跨系所、跨文化、跨領域的同伴，透過電影刊物的方式，以電影文本分析，影像主題報導等策略與籌劃，企圖拓展校園學生對於電影觀看的多元角度、推廣影像閱讀之影響力，傳遞新一代青年觀看電影的方式與喜悅。 《讀影》，就是這樣誕生的。
是先有了電影，才有《讀影》。
