I’m going to question that code that starts with a "don’t".
Because every time a rule in tango begins with a “don’t,” something feels off to me. Tango, for me, is — above all — an exercise in freedom.
So, do we show off or not? Where is the line between showing oneself, allowing oneself to be seen, showing off, and sharing? Between the gaze that judges and the one that witnesses?
