Benjamin has not pictured himself to be surrounded by students at campuses in the 35-years to come when he first stepped into college in 1986. It took place all because he found interest and value in running transnational education programmes for our system. Decades in, he has developed an in-depth view on what makes higher and further education valuable, the career transition and evolution of being an academia, the importance of research speed and network, also the now one-entry multiple-exit plans available for PhD graduates in a world where technology transfer became a core mission of schools and built a new platform for professors to excel, and what he might be doing in an unlived life.
