Banking Service without a Bank. How is that possible? Innovation is all about disruption. Being part of the "Starting Seven", Tat was there for this venture when Fintech and Virtual Bank were not even a commonly perceived description. Alongside WeLab Bank, as one of the first licensed virtual banks, Tat envisions to help those who are underserved by existing banking services, which favor high-net wealth individuals, to achieve MSG (Manage, Save, Grow). Technology allows them to scale up serving a million for financial inclusion just the same as serving one. A mix of computer science education, the IT and risk management experience with giant banks, addiction to challenges posted by startup are Tat's proud fundamentals for the past 8-years, building a new service from scratch. Hiring based on culture fit is how he plans to travel further with this journey creating an ideal world of intelligent banking.
