發炎唔一定係壞事,急性發炎係你身體保護你嘅第一道防線。但慢性發炎就唔同喇——佢無聲無色咁破壞緊你身體機能,甚至係糖尿病、心血管病、自體免疫病甚至癌症嘅幕後元兇。

今集我哋會講清楚: ✅發炎係咩?點解係免疫系統一部分? ✅ 急性 vs 慢性發炎有咩唔同?✅ 壓力、瞓唔夠、飲食點樣影響發炎? ✅ 有咩方法可以減低慢性發炎風險?(飲食+生活建議)

原來你每日嘅選擇,都可以幫身體減壓、減炎!一齊了解點樣讓身體唔使日日打仗!
