我們每個人在人生的某個時刻，都曾試圖逃避某個錯誤。
也許是一次說謊，也許是一次推卸責任。
但你是否記得那一刻開始你戰勝恐懼選擇認錯並扛下責任後果，那種頭皮發麻，心跳加速但最終內心獲得釋放的自由感受？
承認錯誤，不是失敗，而是重建信任的起點以及自我成長的關鍵。

英文的這句慣用語能非常貼切地形容這種充滿力量的勇氣: “to face the music”

1.         音樂跟承擔錯誤的後果到底有什麼關係呢?
2.         要怎麼應用在對話中呢?
3.         在使用上要注意什麼事情呢?

🎯聽完之後來練習用”to face the music”回答下面的問題吧:

Think back to a time when you made a mistake—maybe at work, school, or in a relationship. You knew it was your fault, and you had the choice to either hide or take responsibility. Did you choose to face the music? How did you handle it, and what did you learn from the experience?

想一想你過去有沒有犯錯的經歷? 可能是在家裡，學校，職場或是一段人際關係中。你知道那是你的錯，而你有選擇，是要逃避還是勇敢承擔。你當時有選擇面對後果嗎？你是如何處理的？又從那次經歷中學到了什麼？
 
面對錯誤與對他人的傷害，勇敢地承認並接受批評與後果，是對人性最大的試煉。那一步或許艱難，甚至痛苦，但正是你邁向修復信任與內心自由的起點。

Sometimes the hardest step is to face the music, but it's also the one that sets you free.
