EP7:煩躁處方——靜走練習

當我們在很強烈的情緒當中,要讓自己靜坐、放鬆、做腹式呼吸,常常很困難,這的時候,靜走(正念行走、行禪)就是很好的練習,幫助我們透過腳步,回到當下的身體,讓心平靜下來。
 
很多時候,我們都沒有意識到自己在走路,總是想著要去哪裡,或生活裡的其他事情,靜走練習時,我們沒有要走到哪裡去,也沒有從何而來的問題,就專心在當下的每一步,每一步,都是全新的一步,每一步,我們都可以重新開始。
 
剛開始時可以聽音檔練習,熟悉了以後,隨時隨地,都可以自己做靜走的練習。
