EP12-沈思慢想練瑜伽系列1:坐姿緩慢放鬆

沈思慢想,是在瑜伽練習的過程當中,身體的一種覺知,一種感受,同時也是練習瑜伽階段性的目標。
請準備好一張瑜伽墊,大毛巾和舒服的抱枕,將室內燈光調整成柔和的微光,請放下所有外在外面的紛擾,把目光焦點回到自己的身上,練習過程中:1.選擇適當的身體深度及角度。2.專注於在身體的感受。3.穩定的停留一段時間。一切自在一切自然,包括你的呼吸。

練習瑜伽體式:嬰兒式(Child’s Pose),金剛跪坐姿,雷電式(Thunderbolt Pose),後背反轉祈禱式(Reverse Prayer
Pose),月亮式,兔子式(Pose of the Moon or Hare Pose),單腿頭碰膝式(Hand-to-Knee
Pose),人面獅身式及變化式(Sphinx Pose),俯臥攤屍式及變化式(Reversed Corpse
Pose),大休息(Savasana)。最後隨著音樂的流動,繼續大休息或者自由的靜心或冥想。
