Yang Liu is the Chief of Staff at Just Kitchen, a Taiwanese cloud kitchen operator that is publicly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. We're excited to have Yang on this week's show to talk about the current state of the restaurant industry and changes in consumer tastes. And we will further discuss how cloud kitchens like Yang's company will operate and develop in the future compared to traditional brick and mortar restaurants.
