Your device functioned well in our lab tests. We recommend checking your environment to find if there's any external factors.

Function當名詞是功能的意思，轉為動詞是指「功能正常運作」，例如這台機器can’t function，就是不能正常運作。Function well是運作得很好，Function normally 就是如常的運作。建議、推薦叫做reccommend，後面要加名詞或動詞ing型態。外部叫做external，factor是因素，是否有外部因素，就可以問is there any external factors?
