술, 핸드폰, 쇼핑... 중독에 관해서 누군가에게 털어놓으려니까 살짝 부끄럽기도 하네요. 근데 또 생각해보면 우리 다 비슷하게 살고 있지 않나요? 완벽하게 절제하면서 사는 게 진짜 행복일까요?

적당히 취하고, 적당히 스크롤 내리고, 적당히 소비하면서.. 물론 후회할 때도 있지만 이렇게 웃으면서 이야기할 수 있다면 아직 괜찮은 거 아닐까요?ㅎㅎ

Sometimes it feels a little embarrassing to talk about our addictions — drinking, scrolling, shopping... But when you think about it, aren’t we all living a bit like that? Is perfect self-control really the key to happiness?

A little tipsy, a little scrolling, a little spending — sure, there are moments of regret,but if we can still laugh and talk about it, maybe we’re doing just fine. :)
