Accessing Support | Healthy Mind, Healthy Life

We wrap up this season with focusing on how we can access information and support about mental health and wellbeing and how we can overcome barriers such as language and literacy. Our guests Hussain and Dr Faroqi emphasise the importance of services provided in languages other than English as well as the free and discreet interpretation services that are available. A reminder; If you would like to seek help for yourself or someone else, please speak to your doctor or call Lifeline on 13 11 14 at any time. If you require an interpreter call TIS National on 131 450 say your language and ask them to call Lifeline for you.
